We have not tested against Vue. Our widgets for data visualization are generated from server with HTML and CSS and JS resources. If your Vue application make a ajax called to server and get widget and able to add html and css to DOM and run javascript and it will be fine.

If your app is vue single page app, may be you can use KoolReport as datasource at server-side, to query and process data, return data in json format for chart graphs at client-side.
