Stop Auto renew #1540

Hello,

I can't find option to STOP autorenew. Please help!!

We have checked your Automatic Renew and it has been disabled so you need not to worry. You may receive email asking for Manual Renew, you just need to ignore them if you do not want to renew. We hope that you can stay with us for another year.
