To explain the service disruption: when rendering PDF, Chrome headless has a small bug with font cache, which after a fairly long time overloads a server's number of cached font files. We needed some times to clean the huge accumulated amount of those cached fonts.The good news is that once this issue is identified it's easy to setup a server cron job (schedule job) to clean the cached fonts in one instant.
