Koolreport on shared hosting #3045

Hi,

I have 2 questions:

  1. How do I use the priority support?
  2. I have koolreport on shared hosting and it doesn't display any of the reports. I have the error on web developer tools attached

Hi Tobi,

For your questions:

  1. Posting questions here with licensed account is a way to access the priority support, your question is marked with yellow star.
  2. It seems the error returned is 500, a general error, you first turn on the error reporting of php so that the real error is shown.

Hi, I turned on error reporting, I get no error displayed. Can I have a tech support to look at it? If there is a cost to that, kindly advise. This is urgent. Regards
