When I update php to 8.2.27, pdf is not showing images. When creating all the all the assets are not downloaded from the html like css, js and images. When I change php version to 8.2.25, it works., Seems like cURL is not getting the contents.

never mind - figured out the issue.

it was ssl cert issue - needed to set cacert.pem in php.ini curl.cainfo = ''"
