I have a issue. I buy kooreport pro and export pdf is blank #765

I want to export data from database and i have a issue is export pdf. i copy window plantform.js into vendor/koolphp/koolreport done. please tell me i'm forget syntax or technical error. /koolphp/koolreport done.

You should copy the "phantom.exe" into the /koolphp/koolreport/packages/export/bin" folder. Please make sure that phantom.exe has permission to run.

I'm copy phantom.exe into folder koolphp/koolreport/package/export/ done. i don't understand "make sure that phantom.exe has permission to run" please tell me.

Windows may not allow certain user to run a exe file, set it allow all users in your system able to run the phantomjs.exe so that php can run it.
